You must be at least 18 years old to use Fortus Cloud. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Service Overview

Fortus Cloud provides cloud-based cryptocurrency mining services. Users can:

• Connect to cloud mining sessions
• Track mining activity and earnings
• Subscribe to paid mining plans (optional)
• Withdraw earnings (subject to minimum balance)
• Refer other users for bonuses (optional)

All mining is done on our cloud infrastructure. No mining occurs on your mobile device.

3. Account Registration

To use the app, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and wallet address.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Fortus Cloud offers optional paid plans to increase mining speed or access advanced features.

• All purchases are handled via the App Store.
• Subscription terms and pricing are clearly listed within the app.
• You can cancel subscriptions anytime through your Apple ID account.

We do not store or manage your payment information directly.

5. Referral Program

Our referral system allows users to invite friends and earn mining points. Abuse of this system (e.g., fake accounts or spamming) may result in account suspension or removal of referral bonuses.

6. Earnings & Withdrawals

Mining earnings are based on the plan you select and actual mining performance on our servers.

• We reserve the right to adjust earnings due to system performance or network conditions.
• Withdrawals are subject to reaching a minimum balance.
• Fortus Cloud is not responsible for incorrect wallet addresses or third-party wallet issues.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use bots or automation to abuse the system
• Attempt to hack, interfere with, or overload our servers
• Violate any local, national, or international law
• Mislead others about your relationship with Fortus Cloud

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, designs, and content within Fortus Cloud are the property of Fortus Cloud and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific earnings or returns from mining. Cryptocurrency markets and mining difficulty can change and affect rewards.

Use of Fortus Cloud is at your own risk. We provide the service “as is,” without any warranties.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fortus Cloud is not liable for:

• Loss of earnings
• Delays in transactions or withdrawals
• Data loss due to device issues
• Technical interruptions in service

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you agree to the new Terms. We will notify users through the app or via email in case of major changes.
